PRO is not a starting point — it is the continuation of your journey after Foundation and Momentum.

Requirements Before You Start PRO

PRO is only suitable if you already have strong physical capacity and consistent training habits built through previous training phases.

1️⃣ Run 30 km with confidence
Steady pace, controlled breathing, no stopping.

2️⃣ Perform at least 40 push-ups in a row with clean form
Strong upper-body endurance, shoulder stability, and control.

3️⃣ Perform at least 100 bodyweight squats continuously
Solid leg endurance, balance, and movement control.

4️⃣ Complete demanding bodyweight workouts independently
You can follow instructions, pace yourself, and self-manage fatigue.

5️⃣ Train consistently — even on low-motivation days
Discipline first, emotions second.

6️⃣ Accept that PRO requires time, patience, and responsibility
Progress is earned through repetition — not shortcuts.
