Requirements Before You Start PRO
PRO is only suitable if you already have strong physical capacity and consistent training habits built through previous training phases.

Steady pace, controlled breathing, no stopping.β
2οΈβ£ Perform at least 40 push-ups in a row with clean form
Strong upper-body endurance, shoulder stability, and control.β
3οΈβ£ Perform at least 100 bodyweight squats continuously
Solid leg endurance, balance, and movement control.β
4οΈβ£ Complete demanding bodyweight workouts independently
You can follow instructions, pace yourself, and self-manage fatigue.β
