Requirements Before You Start Momentum

Momentum is suitable only if you already have a basic athletic capacity.
You should be able to:

No stopping — steady, controlled pace.

2️⃣ Perform multiple push-ups & burbees with proper form
Upper-body strength and shoulder stability.

3️⃣ Squat safely and repeatedly using bodyweight
Basic leg strength, balance, and movement control.

4️⃣ Complete home workouts without assistance
You can follow instructions and move independently.

5️⃣ Commit to a disciplined daily routine
Training continues even when you feel tired — consistency first.

6️⃣ Understand that Momentum may take longer than 30 days
You move forward only when the standard has truly been earned.
